I see trees of green.. red roses too

Went on a walk around my neighborhood today for the first time, actually. I got so familiar with my old neighborhood walk before I moved - now there are other roads to explore. I saw such beautiful things and smelled such fresh air and it made me happy and made me think of God and people in my life. There were just beautiful colors all across the spectrum - deep purple-red and red roses, light purple skies, vivid greens, autumn oranges. There was this tree that I passed that had both yellow and green leaves - a perfect contrast which easily made me think of this wonderful fall that is beginning. I saw people talking, children giggling, a family playing, and golden light cast upon the scenery around me. It was just beautiful.

Walks are something I would love to do more often. There's just something about having fresh air and a fresh mind because of it. There is beauty in the everyday.
